We have two different models of Duo pedals: BT-200 and the BT-106. Make sure you follow directions for the correct model – it says which model it is at the top front of the pedal.
BT-200
- Ensure your iPad’s Bluetooth is turned ON.
Go to Settings → Bluetooth and toggle it on. - Turn on the BT-200 and put it into pairing mode.
Hold the power button for 3–5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. - On the iPad, under Settings → Bluetooth, tap the device named BT-200 or AirTurn BT-200.
It will appear under “Other Devices.” - If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000 and tap Pair.
- Once connected, test the pedal — it should send a keystroke (like space or right arrow).
Troubleshooting — BT-200
- If the pedal doesn’t appear: toggle Bluetooth off/on and restart both devices.
- If it fails to connect: forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
- To reset: hold the power button ~10 seconds if supported.
BT-106
- Open Settings → Bluetooth on your iPad and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Turn on the BT-106 and press its pairing button (or hold power until the LED flashes).
- On the iPad, tap the device listed as BT-106 or AirTurn BT-106.
Sometimes it appears as “AirTurn-XXXX.” - If asked for a passcode, enter 0000.
- When connected, test the pedal in a text field or page-turning app.
Troubleshooting — BT-106
- If the pedal won’t stay connected, forget and re-pair the device.
- If it sends wrong commands, toggle between HID profiles per the user manual.
- If it doesn’t appear, confirm pairing mode or try another device.
