You can change this time within 1 hour sooner or later as long as you make the change in writing before 30 days before your event.

Location where we will be performing*

There is no travel fee for events located 1 hour or less from zip code 84070. If your event is more than 1 hour, drive time is calculated by the hour (rounded to the nearest hour) for the ROUND TRIP duration based on Google Maps. If you have a travel fee, you will receive an invoice from BWSQ and it will need to be paid by the day before the event.

We love playing inside! For your planning please make sure we have at least a 10' x 10' area so that our instruments and players have room to actually play without being in the way of guests.

If you are choosing to hold your event outside please keep in mind that we cannot play in direct sunlight or in any kind of precipitation.

We can play in any weather above 58 degrees F and under 100 degrees F.

** If you added a second ensemble please be sure to list when and where they will be performing during your event as opposed to the first one.** Some helpful things to know would be: specific songs to be played at certain times, the need to adjust locations and where those locations may be, important people to get in touch with outside of the Day-Of Contact Person, etc.

You may estimate this amount if you would like to enter your venue's address into Google Maps and then ask for directions from zip code 84070. Travel fees are calculated for round trip time - rounded to the nearest hour.

Online Payment Fee

All card processing companies charge money to process digital payments. Industry standard charge is 2.9% + $0.30.
